Into the

Teeth o’ the Storm

In the hush before the thunder, in the calm before the sea,
He saw her eyes and knew that fate had cast a lockless key.
Arabella, flame and water, wrapped in mystery and might,
A sunset sea with shimmerin’ grace… then darkenin’ to night.

She walked like dawn breakin’ through a sailor’s final prayer,
And all the world fell silent as the storm lit up her hair.
Charmin’ as a siren's song, wild as Neptune’s wrath,
She smiled, and he, the dread Blackbeard, forgot his bloody path.

Oh Arabella, storm in bloom,
You be the fire in the sailor’s doom.
He sailed through hell to hold yer hand,
Now you roam across uncharted land.
Life be a gale, a whisper, a fight—
But Blackbeard has a mate who dances in lightning’s light.

When she be calm, she’s the eve on the bay,
A breeze on yer cheek, a soft golden ray.
But look in her eyes, and the cannons do roar,
She’s the hurricane’s kiss, crashin’ on shore.

Into me soul she came, Arabella, the wild star.
The landlubbers were too meek, too soft… she needed a storm to spar.
I saw the fire in her heart—the thrill-seekin’ blaze,
And knew I’d follow her into the deepest maze.

Oh Arabella, fierce and free,
You stole the breath straight outta me.
No map can chart the course we sail,
But with yer hand, we’ll never fail.
Let the skies howl and the wild winds spin,
You be the storm, and I dive in.

Arabella…
Like the sea, she’s never tame…
But I’d face ten thousand tempests,
Just to whisper her name…
